Executive Speaking & Facilitation

Executive Speaking & Facilitation brings the reality of high-stakes people decisions into rooms where strategy, capital, and leadership intersect. I speak with, and facilitate for, CEO forums, executive retreats, and industry events that want more than inspirational stories-they want leaders to leave thinking and acting differently on Monday morning.

My keynotes and workshops draw directly from executive-room experience. Talks such as "The HR Leader in the M&A Room," "Culture Is a Leadership Responsibility, Not an HR Program," and "The Quietly Powerful Leader" explore how deals unravel or succeed based on people decisions, why culture cannot be outsourced to HR, and what it looks like to lead with steady authority rather than volume.

Sessions are interactive and grounded. I use real scenarios executives recognize: the acquisition where key talent quietly exits, the high-performing but destructive leader no one confronts, the founder who cannot let go. Participants work through simple, usable frameworks for deciding who must be at which tables, how to address misaligned behavior, and how to communicate during uncertain times.
